Full Stack Product Engineer

About the role

ContractPower is looking for a Full Stack Product Engineer to join its senior remote team. You will help build, deploy, and optimise an AI‑powered document intelligence platform that serves the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, debug and maintain scalable web applications across front‑end and back‑end.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Improve system performance and ship features on a fast, iterative cadence.
• Write automated tests, validate behaviour against real documents, and resolve production issues.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate scoping, implementation and review.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work a 9‑5 Pacific Time shift for daily overlap.
• Strong ownership mindset – take features from ticket to production without being chased.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging across the full stack.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic remote environment.

Required skills

• Front‑end frameworks: React, Vue.
• Back‑end languages: Node.js, Python.
• AI‑assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code (or equivalent).
• Web development, testing and debugging.
