Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Full Stack Software Engineer to join XeXe’s engineering team. You will own end‑to‑end features that move money, work across the front‑end and back‑end, and help modernise our cross‑border payments platform for corporate and consumer clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full‑stack features that handle onboarding, KYC/KYB, payment initiation, FX, settlement and multi‑currency balances.
• Develop customer‑facing interfaces and the services that power them.
• Own production services, including reliability, observability, on‑call duties and incident response.
• Collaborate with product, design and compliance teams from problem definition through launch.
• Use AI‑assisted coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) daily for prototyping, refactoring, testing and documentation.
• Help migrate legacy components to a modern stack alongside architects and team leads.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience building production web applications end‑to‑end.
• Strong front‑end skills with Vue.js, React or equivalent frameworks.
• Solid back‑end experience, preferably C#/.NET, with knowledge of other OOP languages such as Java, Kotlin or Go.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database design.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and operating services on AWS (SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, Lambda).
• Daily use of AI‑assisted coding tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across engineering, product and design.
