General Management Department Manager

About the role

The General Management Department Manager will lead the administrative backbone of the organization, ensuring that corporate policies are executed efficiently and that senior management receives the support needed for strategic decision‑making. This full‑time position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative policies aligned with corporate strategy.
• Oversee daily administrative operations, including cost control of fixed assets, utilities, and supplies.
• Manage company qualifications and legal documentation such as business registration, trademark applications, intellectual property, and software registrations.
• Coordinate subsidiary setup activities, including office leasing, fire‑safety approvals, renovations, furniture procurement, and facility maintenance.
• Supervise fixed‑asset tracking, archive management, and financial reconciliation of company documents.
• Organize corporate meetings, events, and VIP visitor reception.
• Monitor procurement quality, ensuring high standards and timely feedback on material supplies.
• Execute any additional tasks assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.7 years of management experience in administration, procurement, budgeting, or corporate operations.
• Preferably holds an MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Practical experience with business registration changes, intellectual‑property applications, and large‑scale office renovations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of handling high‑energy workloads.
• Fluent in Chinese, English, and Spanish.
