General Manager – New Gym Opening

About the role

EōS Fitness is launching a brand‑new gym and seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will drive sales, shape processes, and build a high‑performing team that delivers an exceptional member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff, including Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants.
• Communicate goals, expectations and procedures clearly to all team members.
• Set and achieve membership and revenue targets, track KPIs and develop strategies to boost retention and new sign‑ups.
• Provide constructive performance feedback and foster continuous improvement.
• Address member concerns promptly, ensuring high‑quality customer service.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and oversee facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Manage emergency situations calmly, delivering clear instructions to staff and members.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.
• 3–4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong interest or prior experience in the fitness industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
