General Production Supervisor

About the role

Ferrovial is seeking a General Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate multiple construction fronts across its infrastructure projects. The role ensures that safety, quality, schedule, cost and productivity standards are met while maintaining effective planning and resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise assigned construction fronts and organize daily/weekly production activities.
• Monitor progress, performance, resource usage and adherence to the project schedule.
• Guarantee the correct application of safety and quality procedures on site.
• Coordinate personnel, materials, machinery, equipment and subcontractors.
• Ensure adequate planning, resource availability and seamless collaboration between internal teams and support areas.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Works Engineering or Civil Construction.
• Proven experience in directing construction activities and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, cost control and productivity metrics in large‑scale infrastructure projects.
