About the role

The Hospital is seeking a strategic Nursing Manager to lead its nursing services. This role combines strong leadership, quality‑focused management, and operational oversight to ensure excellent patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and monitor all nursing services within the hospital.
• Ensure compliance with institutional regulations and maintain high standards of care.
• Collaborate with senior management and HR to keep staffing levels appropriate.
• Develop departmental policies, manage the budget, and oversee personnel allocation.
• Participate in recruitment, performance evaluation, scheduling, leave management and staff improvement plans.
• Continuously assess care quality and work with clinical, educational and HR coordination.
• Maintain and update technical equipment, promote teamwork and leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Master’s degree in Health Service Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial nursing position.
• Native Spanish speaker with intermediate English proficiency.
