HR Services Specialist

About the role

The HR Services Specialist provides advanced support for complex HR inquiries that cannot be resolved by the Tier 1 HR Helpdesk. This role ensures timely, compliant resolution of escalated employee issues while partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex HR inquiries and escalated employee cases across the full employee lifecycle.
• Process HR transactions in Workday and maintain accurate employee data in line with company policies.
• Provide advanced support for HR systems, including troubleshooting, updates, integrations and user assistance.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence and Tier 1 teams to address intricate issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors, benefits providers, payroll partners and regulatory bodies to ensure service quality.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while driving continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in HR support, employee relations, HR operations or a related field.
• Experience in a tiered shared‑service model is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills; additional local language may be required.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders including HR, IT, Legal and Compliance.
