About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is for an HR Specialist based in Santiago, Chile. The role focuses on training and performance management, using fluent Chinese daily.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual training plan for the office.
- Deliver training sessions and manage the employee development cycle.
- Collaborate with the regional team to set up and run a digital learning platform.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage development plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.
- Fluent communication in English and Chinese.
