Human Resources Associate Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Associate Manager to act as a strategic partner and operational leader, aligning people strategies with business objectives in a large manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational and business goals.
• Lead employee and labor relations activities, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and organizational standards.
• Oversee talent processes including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, development, engagement, and retention.
• Coach and advise leaders on people‑related matters to strengthen organizational effectiveness and team performance.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends, implementing actions that improve productivity, employee experience, and business results.
• Maintain a strong presence within operations, fostering a positive work environment and supporting day‑to‑day challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Law or a related field.
• At least three years of people‑management experience, preferably in a large manufacturing plant.
• Experience working with unions and strong knowledge of labor legislation.
• Proven ability to lead HR initiatives in industrial or operational settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
