About the role

Talent Global is looking for a sharp, fast‑moving, and highly proactive In‑House Recruiter to help identify, evaluate, and present exceptional talent for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured Zoom interviews daily to assess candidates across marketing, design, sales, operations and other functions.
• Review applications, resumes, work samples and portfolios to ensure candidates meet client expectations.
• Rapidly learn new roles, terminology and performance expectations before evaluating candidates.
• Maintain a high talent bar by judging experience, communication, problem‑solving ability and professionalism.
• Collaborate with account managers and talent sourcers to align on hiring requirements and feedback.
• Prepare clear candidate summaries and evaluations for client presentation.
• Build and maintain a pre‑vetted talent pool for recurring client needs.
• Keep candidate records, interview notes and compensation expectations up to date in the CRM.
• Create role‑specific interview questions, scorecards and assessments.
• Negotiate compensation with candidates while protecting candidate quality and company margins.
