Installation Assistant – Project Facilities Support

About the role

Ferrovial is looking for an Installation Assistant to support the technical, documentary and operational management of project facilities. The role ensures that electrical, sanitary, mechanical, ventilation and related services are installed according to plans, technical specifications, quality standards, safety rules and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring on‑site installation activities.
• Track physical progress, identify constraints and verify compliance with project milestones.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, drawings and project records.
• Detect and report interferences among specialties such as electrical, mechanical, sanitary, ventilation, architecture and civil works.
• Confirm the use of current drawings and adherence to technical instructions on site.
• Support the release of completed installation packages.

Required profile

• Technical background in construction installations.
• Strong ability to handle documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Attention to detail for verifying plans and technical instructions.
• Proactive communication skills to report inter‑disciplinary issues.
