iOS Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a creative iOS Software Engineer to join EPAM’s mobile engineering team. You will design, develop and maintain native iOS applications using Swift, delivering high‑performing, intuitive experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain native iOS apps with Swift and Xcode.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend engineers to turn concepts into production‑ready features.
• Integrate apps with RESTful or GraphQL APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Write clean, modular code, participate in code reviews and follow Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
• Develop unit and UI tests with XCTest and use Instruments to optimise performance, memory and battery usage.
• Support the release process, prepare builds and submit applications through App Store Connect.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience developing native iOS applications.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and solid knowledge of the iOS SDK and Xcode.
• Familiarity with modern iOS architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, Combine or Swift Concurrency.
• Experience with SwiftUI (preferred) or UIKit (Auto Layout, Storyboards/XIBs).
• Comfortable using Git, Jira and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• English communication level B1 or higher.
