IT Support Specialist

About the role

Previsible is seeking an IT Support Specialist to keep its global team productive by ensuring fast, uninterrupted access to laptops, software, and secure accounts. You will manage the full hardware lifecycle, oversee user access, and provide friendly technical troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Procure, inventory, and track all company hardware including MacBooks, PCs, monitors, and peripherals.
• Set up, configure, provision, securely wipe, and recycle devices throughout their lifecycle.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Own technical onboarding for new hires – email setup, account creation, hardware provisioning.
• Execute secure off‑boarding to protect agency data.
• Manage SaaS account permissions and license allocations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support or help‑desk environments.
• Ability to manage hardware assets and user access across a distributed team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data security.
• Comfort working in a fast‑growing, AI‑focused agency.
