Junior Software Engineer (Chile)

About the role

Crossjoin Solutions is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join its growing team in Chile. The role offers the chance to work on real‑world projects, learn from experienced professionals and develop expertise in performance optimisation and a broad range of technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers on client missions across Europe, LATAM and North America.
• Develop, test and optimise software solutions using Java, C, C++, Python and SQL.
• Work with both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB) databases.
• Adapt to varying client needs and technological challenges, contributing to high‑quality deliverables.
• Participate in continuous learning activities, including mentoring, training and certification programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• No professional experience required – recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills in English and a willingness to travel.
• Motivated, resilient and goal‑oriented with a passion for technology.
