Junior Solutions Consultant

About the role

Sovos is looking for a Junior Solutions Consultant to help clients across Latin America implement tax‑compliance software. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams and customers to ensure successful deployments from kickoff to go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Manage individual project activities and ensure they are completed within defined timelines.
• Apply product and functional knowledge to guide customers on best practices and local compliance requirements.
• Support technical teams with troubleshooting based on product and regulatory expertise.
• Perform light technical tasks such as PDF mapping adjustments to meet customer commitments.
• Drive testing phases in line with customer needs and Sovos best practices.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external project teams to keep implementation activities on track.
• Assist project managers in controlling scope, schedule and costs.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage change control, issue identification and contingency planning.
• Support creation and maintenance of project documentation.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Up to 1 year of experience in a software, professional services, or electronic business‑to‑government compliance environment.
• Ability to manage multiple work assignments and projects simultaneously.
• Strong time‑management, organizational and decision‑making skills.
