Junior Technical Project Manager

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team in Santiago. You will work closely with software development and product teams to deliver agile projects that support client objectives across the payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage defined workstreams or small projects embedded within engineering, testing, and product teams.
• Support agile delivery by tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Conduct complex analyses and prepare clear communications for clients and internal leadership.
• Develop practical recommendations and contribute to team discussions on analysis implications.
• Assist client staff with implementation tasks and ensure successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort handling detailed data analyses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to clients and senior leaders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional, agile environments.
