L2/L3 Systems Engineer (MSP Experience Required)

About the role

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is looking for an experienced L2/L3 Systems Engineer to provide advanced technical support for multiple client environments within a Managed Services Provider setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers, endpoints and overall infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft cloud services such as Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint and Intune.
• Maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Group Policy and directory synchronization.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, content filtering and other security solutions.
• Support virtualization platforms, hypervisors and virtual machines, including Azure Virtual Machines and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Manage backup solutions, perform troubleshooting and ensure successful recovery processes.
• Document service calls, technical resolutions, system configurations, diagrams and internal procedures.
• Research and implement new technologies, tools and best practices to improve client environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an MSP environment supporting multiple clients.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Experience documenting technical processes and creating knowledge‑base articles.
