Lead AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to design, build, and scale cutting‑edge AI applications powered by large language models (LLMs). You will work directly with clients to deliver tailored LLM‑driven solutions, architect agentic systems, and champion emerging AI technologies across enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end AI applications such as chatbots, Q&A platforms, and agent workflows.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs, identify opportunities, and recommend AI/LLM solutions that generate business value.
• Architect robust data pipelines, prompt strategies, and datasets for accurate, scalable models.
• Evaluate, monitor, and refine AI system performance while ensuring security, compliance, and cost‑efficiency.
• Conduct research, rapid prototyping, and experiments to validate technical feasibility.
• Stay current with evolving LLM technologies, frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel), and protocols (MCP, A2A, ACP).
• Develop and integrate APIs for production‑grade AI applications, including CRM and ERP systems.
• Implement retrieval systems (keyword search, vector search, embeddings) and ranking algorithms.
• Apply MLOps/AIOps practices to ensure observability, monitoring, and guardrails against prompt injection.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Go).
• Deep understanding of the AI application development lifecycle, from prototyping to production deployment.
• Experience with major LLM platforms and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Gemini).
• Familiarity with advanced AI integration patterns such as Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and tool‑calling agents.
• Proven ability to deploy AI solutions at scale with a focus on performance, cost‑efficiency, and security.
