Lead Data Analyst

About the role

Join our team as a Lead Data Analyst, where you will drive data integrity, model data for reporting, and create advanced Power BI dashboards that enable clients to extract actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Ensure data consistency between data warehouses and source systems.
• Design, build, and maintain data models that support accurate reporting.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Write and optimise SQL scripts for data extraction and analysis.
• Collaborate with data‑warehouse teams to maintain data accuracy.
• Communicate analytical findings to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions and participate in testing and QA.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for data verification.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
• Advanced SQL scripting for data manipulation and extraction.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data‑warehouse development concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse (nice to have).
• Experience with Agile project‑management methodologies (nice to have).
