Learning Assistant – Classroom Support

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Assistant to join our school community at Colegio Pedro de Valdivia in Las Condes. The role focuses on providing individualized support to students, helping them succeed academically and socially. You will work closely with teachers and families to create an inclusive learning environment. Our school follows ISP Principles that place children at the heart of everything, ensure wellbeing and safety, promote respect, operate effectively, act responsibly, and foster continuous learning. The Learning Assistant will also support the implementation of these principles by monitoring student wellbeing and contributing to a safe, respectful classroom atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
• Provide support to students in the classroom and during activities.
• Monitor and document student progress.
• Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.

Required profile

• Experience in learning support, preferably in an educational setting.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in education or a related field.
