Macro Strategy Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will use your expertise in macroeconomics, corporate finance, and capital markets to assess AI responses, identify logical gaps, and improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI-generated content using your financial knowledge.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to test their limits.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides each new model iteration.
• Generate diverse, challenging problems for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
