Manager, Specialist Sales

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Specialist Sales to lead the execution of its Core Products strategy (Prepaid, Debit and Credit) across Chile, Paraguay and Bolivia. The role will bridge global capabilities with local market needs, driving product adoption and sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Core Products strategy for Chile, Paraguay and Bolivia, aligned with regional and segment priorities.
• Partner with Product, Digital, Sales, Account Management, Services, Technology and Operations teams to deliver successful launches and portfolio evolution.
• Identify and prioritize business and technical enhancements to improve product relevance, competitiveness and customer adoption.
• Monitor product KPIs and P&L performance to support incremental revenue growth.
• Ensure Core solutions are delivered as part of a unified, customer‑centric strategy.
• Support strategic customer engagements and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring smooth execution across the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Product management experience with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the card payments ecosystem, especially Prepaid, Debit and Credit products, and experience launching and scaling such products.
• Ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and project management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English.
