Manufacturing Supervisor

About the role

The Manufacturing Supervisor will lead the production of aerospace components, ensuring that every part meets Airbus’s stringent quality, safety and cost standards. This role is pivotal in delivering on the company’s mission to provide safe, sustainable aerospace solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing of all programmed parts, guaranteeing compliance with all required standards.
• Drive achievement of safety objectives, delivery schedules, quality targets and product cost goals.
• Promote Airbus’s culture and values, placing product quality and process integrity at the forefront.
• Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in the use of personal protective equipment during operations.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
