Marketing Activation Executive (Hybrid)

About the role

The Marketing Activation Executive will drive national marketing initiatives and promotional programs for Energizer's Batteries business in North America. This hybrid position offers exposure to multiple product categories and works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand growth and profitable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and evaluate coupon promotion strategies for the Batteries portfolio.
• Manage relationships with coupon vendors and act as the internal subject‑matter expert on couponing tools.
• Oversee A&P and coupon redemption budgets, including reporting, reconciliations, and purchase order creation.
• Serve as budgeting tool super‑user for North America and ensure alignment with marketing budgets.
• Maintain relationships with the website vendor and supervise the North America Batteries websites.
• Coordinate creative assets and brief the Creative Design team for key marketing initiatives.
• Maintain the Brand Activation Portal for easy access to current marketing assets.
• Partner with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Shopper Activation teams to ensure flawless, on‑time execution of initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) industry is preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
