Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Analyst to support the Marketing Department in executing, coordinating and controlling brand programs, dealer initiatives and marketing assets. The role combines analytical reporting with operational oversight of dealer‑network campaigns, vehicle fleet usage and merchandising inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Approve monthly cooperative advertising plans and expense reports for each dealer, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines across digital, POS and physical materials.
• Validate and approve key visuals, social media content, POP materials and monitor dealer website consistency.
• Manage the Dealer Live Broadcast program, coordinating schedules with dealerships and reporting broadcast metrics.
• Oversee the marketing vehicle fleet: coordinate loans for press, influencers and events, inspect, clean, charge, track availability and record any damage or technical issues.
• Distribute monthly legal updates and official key visuals, ensuring correct implementation of prices, logos and graphic guidelines.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, consolidate metrics from campaigns and dealerships, and produce periodic reports for decision‑making.
• Control merchandising inventory and POP assets, track stock levels and coordinate replenishment with agencies.
