Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager will champion the Nord Anglia Education brand in Santiago, driving awareness and reputation to attract prospective families. Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Marketing, you will work closely with school and regional teams to create compelling content and deliver strategic campaigns that support recruitment and retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with annual recruitment targets.
• Collaborate with the Director of Admissions and Admissions Managers to produce a costed yearly plan and monitor its performance.
• Analyse weekly data to adjust tactics, manage the marketing budget and measure ROI.
• Lead the planning and delivery of school events across the Family Experience Journey for parents, prospects and students.
• Create engaging promotional materials such as videos, brochures, flyers and merchandise to showcase the school’s unique value.
• Drive lead generation and conversion activities, ensuring seamless hand‑over to the admissions team.
• Define and implement the school’s PR and communications strategy, build media relationships and secure editorial coverage.
• Handle media enquiries, support crisis communications and maintain a consistent communications approach for current families.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the education sector.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimise campaigns.
• Strong project‑management skills and experience managing budgets and ROI.
• Excellent stakeholder management, able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
