Marketing Coordinator – Entry Level

About the role

This entry‑level Marketing Coordinator position supports the marketing team at Jostens, a leader in student commemoration products. Based onsite in Santiago, you will help create and update marketing collateral while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and perform in‑season updates to marketing collateral, supporting all channels.
• Act as liaison to sales, operations, customer service, and product teams to resolve issues and identify support opportunities.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
• Assist in building an image asset library, managing naming conventions, usage rights, and sourcing school‑specific imagery.
• Pull weekly reports to summarize marketing communication performance, including data extraction and asset collection.

Required profile

• High school graduate or current college student; BA or BS degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Adobe programs (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
