Marketing Manager – Chile

About the role

Dreame Technology is expanding its premium smart‑home brand in Chile and seeks a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own local brand growth, PR communications, and co‑marketing initiatives. You will work closely with headquarters and cross‑functional teams to adapt global strategies for the Chilean market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage local marketing campaigns, product launches and brand activations.
• Drive PR activities, build media, influencer and agency relationships to increase brand visibility.
• Develop and execute co‑marketing programs with retail and channel partners.
• Collaborate with HQ to localise global marketing assets and messaging.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and campaign performance, adjusting tactics to maximise results.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in marketing, PR or brand management.
• Proven track record in consumer electronics, technology or premium brands.
• Strong local PR, media and influencer networks in Chile.
• Experience working with retailers and channel partners on joint marketing activities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership and excellent project‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
