Marketing Specialist – Email Marketing Coder

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Email Marketing Coder to join our dynamic team. You will develop and deploy responsive email campaigns, ensure high‑quality performance, and collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Code responsive email templates from design files, optimizing for multiple devices and clients.
• Perform quality assurance using tools such as Litmus or EmailOnAcid and resolve rendering or deliverability issues.
• Generate and implement link‑tracking codes for accurate performance reporting.
• Work with marketing leads to define project scope and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure all campaigns follow industry best practices for design, accessibility, and deliverability.
• Oversee timely deployment of email campaigns while maintaining output integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive or similar ESPs.
• 3‑5 years experience in email marketing production, preferably on large enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of email technologies, best practices, and current trends.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
