Middle Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET + React)

About the role

As a Middle Full Stack Software Engineer you will help shape cloud‑native healthcare solutions that enable safer patient care and operational excellence. You will build secure, reliable, and user‑friendly applications that deliver critical insights to healthcare professionals while following high‑quality engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack applications using .NET Core.NET Framework, ASP.NET Core and React.
• Build and maintain backend services, microservices and REST APIs.
• Create responsive, reusable UI components with React, ensuring a consistent user experience.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes in AWS environments.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Troubleshoot complex frontend and backend issues.
• Participate in architectural discussions, design reviews and code reviews.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot to boost productivity and code quality.

Required profile

• Strong experience in full‑stack development of enterprise‑grade or SaaS applications.
• Advanced proficiency with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core and modern web technologies (React, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, microservices, REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Solid background in Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Experience with regulated‑industry products (healthcare, compliance, security) is a plus.
