Onsite IT Support Technician – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Onsite IT Support Technician to provide walk‑up and desk‑side assistance to our end‑users. You will follow documented procedures, resolve common hardware and software issues, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver walk‑up and desk‑side support for laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice, peripherals, mobile phones and tablets.
• Perform basic break‑fix actions such as device swaps, cable replacement, power and connectivity checks.
• Assist with printer troubleshooting, including paper jams and toner replacement.
• Support common applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack) and handle login issues, password resets and MFA prompts.
• Provide AV and conference‑room assistance – power equipment, verify displays and connections, and report issues.
• Help new‑hire and intern onboarding activities.
• Escalate incidents when troubleshooting steps are exhausted.
