About the role

The Assembly Operator will join Airbus Helicopters Mexico’s production line, responsible for integrating components and sub‑assemblies into metallic or composite structures. This position supports the company’s commitment to quality, safety and compliance while contributing to the delivery of high‑performance helicopter products.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate components and sub‑assemblies into metallic or composite structures following engineering specifications.
• Perform assembly tasks on the production line while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Inspect finished assemblies for correct fit, alignment and compliance with technical drawings.
• Document assembly activities and report any non‑conformities to the quality team.

Required profile

• Professional experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably in aerospace or related sectors.
• Strong awareness of compliance and safety regulations and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Ability to work accurately under supervision and follow detailed work instructions.
