Owned Media Lead (CL/PE/UY)

About the role

H&M Group is looking for an Owned Media Lead based in Las Condes, Chile, covering Chile, Peru and Uruguay. You will plan and optimise CRM communication across email, push, SMS and WhatsApp, using customer data to run personalised journeys through the marketing automation platform, and work with other teams so that owned media, campaigns and membership activities are consistent.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise communication across CRM channels (email, push, and where applicable SMS and WhatsApp) in line with the local marketing calendar
• Use the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) to build data-driven, automated customer journeys and campaign communications
• Oversee global email and push activities so that global and local communications stay aligned
• Use customer data and segmentation to deliver personalised content that drives conversion and membership growth
• Support the commercial team with SEO actions
• Work with Paid Media Leads to align owned media with paid and earned campaigns, and with production and commercial roles to brief and run campaign plans that balance brand and sales objectives
• Plan local events and partnerships for the H&M Membership program and local mission activations according to global guidelines

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in CRM or media planning, preferably in retail or e-commerce
• Background in marketing or digital communication, with strong analytical skills
• Clear communicator who manages stakeholders well and uses data and tools confidently
