About the role
Sovos is looking for a Partner Account Manager to lead and expand its channel partnerships across Chile and the broader South & Central America region. You will own relationships with key partners such as TD Synnex, value‑added resellers, and the Big 4 advisory firms, helping to shape the company’s channel ecosystem and revenue strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow revenue through TD Synnex, reseller partners, and Big 4 advisory firms, driving year‑over‑year pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with regional Account Executives and sales leadership to leverage partner relationships for new account entry and accelerated growth.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with named partners, defining commercial goals, go‑to‑market activities, and success metrics.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting for partner‑influenced and partner‑sourced opportunities.
- Establish structured business cadences, including Quarterly Business Reviews, executive alignment sessions, and regular pipeline reviews.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new reseller and advisory partners to expand route‑to‑market coverage.
- Work with Product, Sales, and Marketing to create joint solutions and go‑to‑market programs that generate incremental sales.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of proven success in channel/partner sales or alliance management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale partner relationships in a B2B technology environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on pipeline management and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across multiple regions.
