Patient Supporter

About the role

The Patient Supporter joins IQVIA’s Global Perspectives team to drive patient recruitment and engagement for non‑interventional clinical studies. Working closely with patients, project managers and patient organisations, you will help enrol participants for qualitative interviews, online surveys, advisory boards and longitudinal studies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver patient recruitment and engagement strategies across multiple study types.
• Identify and enrol suitable participants using IQVIA’s internal network, social media, and patient associations.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team and external patient organisations to ensure timely study delivery.
• Monitor recruitment performance, meet key metrics and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, ethical standards and study protocols.
• Participate in problem‑solving, process reviews and implementation of innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Effective time‑management and ability to handle competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree and a keen interest in pharmaceuticals, healthcare and research.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Good understanding of Excel.
• Experience using social media platforms for recruitment.
