Pharmacist - Auxiliary

About the role

Join Cencora’s World Courier depot in Chile as an Auxiliary Pharmacist. You will support compliance, product handling, and quality activities in a regulated pharmaceutical logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with government legislation, local health requirements, and internal procedures.
• Follow SOPs for all depot activities and manage product status changes according to client instructions.
• Perform quality checks for relabeling when a local Quality representative is unavailable.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical protocols and products stored at the depot.
• Review shipment documentation, product arrival conditions, and support accurate record‑keeping.
• Act as Deputy Depot Pharmacist when required and conduct periodic self‑inspections.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy or diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences meeting Chilean regulatory requirements.
• Pharmacist registration with the Ministry of Health as required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a regulated pharmaceutical, depot, or logistics setting.
• Experience with pharmaceutical relabeling, clinical trials, or inventory traceability is advantageous.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP, GCP, GDP and ICH guidelines.
• Familiarity with Chilean Technical Standards No. 147 (BPAD), No. 208 (refrigerated/frozen products) and No. 127 (GMP).
• Ability to perform product relabeling, documentation, inventory and traceability processes.
