Project Controller – Customer Delivery (Andes Region)

About the role

The Project Controller – Customer Delivery will ensure accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of project data across the Andes region. Working closely with the Project Director and global stakeholders, you will help keep projects aligned with schedule, budget, and revenue targets while supporting the mining industry’s productivity and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and report data on planning, scheduling, cost control, engineering product control and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate all project control activities, including OI reporting, creation of new projects and change orders.
• Provide aggregated project information to support risk identification, revenue recognition and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with the Project Director to monitor financial performance, schedule adherence and change management.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely distribution of project status and forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven experience working closely with project directors or managers in a project‑control environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills to convey project status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, supply‑chain, sales and international teams.
