Project Controls Lead – Data Center Projects

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Controls Lead to join on‑site data centre projects. You will be responsible for overseeing cost, schedule, risk and contract administration to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update project schedules and cost plans.
• Perform risk assessments and maintain risk registers.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Administer contracts, including EPC, EPCM and CM agreements.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and client teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Controls Manager on large‑scale projects.
• Proven experience with EPC/EPCM/CM contracts.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with data centre project environments is highly desirable.
