Project Engineer – Photovoltaic Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to develop, coordinate and support engineering for photovoltaic projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, deadlines and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the development of conceptual, basic and detailed engineering for photovoltaic projects.
• Prepare drawings, technical specifications and calculation reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, including suppliers, consultants and contractors.
• Review and validate technical documentation associated with projects.
• Optimize technical designs and engineering solutions.
• Assist in managing permits and technical requirements with regulatory entities.
• Conduct technical evaluation of equipment and suppliers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering companies, preferably in photovoltaic or large‑scale mining projects.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, strong organization and planning.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and conduct site visits when required.
• Basic to intermediate English level for reading technical documents and simple communication.
• Proactive, team‑oriented and results‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with technical drawing software such as AutoCAD.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of photovoltaic project engineering development.
• Basic understanding of technical regulations (desirable).
