Project Manager – LATAM Minerals Processing

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate cross‑functional teams and deliver projects for our LATAM customers in the minerals processing industry. The role will act as the primary interface between customers and our Adelaide operations, ensuring projects are planned, executed and reported on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define and agree project scope, quality expectations and delivery timelines with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Maintain standard project documentation and provide transparent status updates against milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering to generate bills of materials and enter project costs into the ERP system.
• Plan, monitor and drive completion of all project activities, resolving issues, resource constraints and internal conflicts.
• Provide regular status reports, schedules, risk assessments and financial forecasts to key stakeholders.
• Submit vendor documentation, including engineering drawings, test data and regulatory information, on schedule.
• Evaluate project outcomes against objectives and implement corrective actions using Root‑Cause Counter‑Measure tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold safety and wellbeing standards.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering (preferred).
• Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to set and achieve goals, manage time and tasks in a project environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for project cost entry.
• Experience creating Bills of Materials.
• Handling of engineering drawings and vendor documentation.
• Use of Root‑Cause Counter‑Measure (RCCM) tools for process improvement.
