Project Manager, Service Delivery

About the role

Command|Link is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead the delivery of new orders for business customers across its portfolio of network, voice, and security services. You will own each order from start to finish, eliminating internal handoffs and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle for assigned orders, guaranteeing timely, high‑quality service delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and contracted third‑party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Provide regular, clear updates to customers throughout the delivery process.
• Handle tasks such as ordering Internet circuits, managing hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number‑porting activities.
• Document dependencies and priorities to enable efficient project execution.
• Leverage hands‑on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes for each project.
• Apply expertise in SD‑WAN implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet circuit ordering with multiple carriers.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support team and company success.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Minimum 5 years experience in service delivery and/or project management.
• Hands‑on experience with VoIP, SD‑WAN implementation, and Internet circuit ordering with carriers.
• Strong ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
• Proven skill in managing third‑party resources effectively.
