Project Planning & Control Manager

About the role

Join FLSmidth’s Customer Delivery team as a Project Planning & Control Manager and help drive predictable, high‑quality project delivery across multiple regions. You will be responsible for strengthening execution discipline, improving visibility, and ensuring consistent performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce global planning and control standards.
• Ensure all projects have baselined schedules and clear milestones.
• Monitor schedule performance and delivery forecasts.
• Track physical progress against project plans.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation actions.
• Produce clear, data‑driven reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong experience in project planning and controls.
• Knowledge of PMO frameworks and delivery governance.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and track progress.
• Analytical mindset with solid reporting capabilities.
• Experience working in global, multi‑regional environments.
• Effective stakeholder communication skills.
