About the role
The Project Quality Manager – Customer Delivery will lead quality strategy and execution for major mining projects across the Andes region, ensuring world‑class standards in safety, quality, schedule and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all QA/QC activities for assigned mining projects from handover through execution and final delivery.
- Develop and implement project‑specific quality plans, inspection strategies, audit schedules and documentation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, QA/QC standards, supplier quality expectations and customer deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement and supplier quality performance across the Andes region.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a QA/QC professional in complex mining or industrial projects.
- Commercially aware with strong operational leadership skills.
- Ability to influence internal stakeholders, suppliers, manufacturing and site teams.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced project environments across South America.
