Python/Django Software Engineer - Remote - Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Python/Django Software Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based assignments. You will become an integral part of the client’s development team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality backend solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to ongoing product development.
• Design, build, and scale distributed systems using Python and Django.
• Develop and maintain APIs and service‑to‑service integrations.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and infrastructure as code.
• Ensure secure authentication and authorization using OAuth/OIDC.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical documentation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ownership attitude.
