Quality Coordinator – Manufacturing

About the role

Greif is seeking a Quality Coordinator to oversee quality and inventory systems at its production plant. The role ensures compliance with ISO standards, drives continuous improvement, and supports the delivery of high‑volume packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and document quality assurance programs aligned with production standards.
• Coordinate on‑site ISO certification activities and manage internal and third‑party audits.
• Investigate customer complaints, conduct root‑cause analysis and oversee corrective actions.
• Review monthly customer inventory reports, reconcile variances and manage physical inventories.
• Perform laboratory analysis testing as required.
• Coach, train and evaluate quality team members, and support positive colleague relations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2‑4 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a high‑volume production environment.
• Proven ability to lead investigations, audits and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required skills
