Quality Professional – Grid Technologies Order Execution

About the role

The Quality Professional will act as the regional focal point for Quality and EHS activities within the Transformer Order Execution organization for Latin America. You will collaborate with project managers, factories, suppliers and EHS specialists to ensure EQS requirements are implemented and monitored across active projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage non‑conformities, facilitate root‑cause analyses and track corrective actions.
• Consolidate and report regional quality indicators, customer satisfaction (NPS) and EHS metrics.
• Support internal audits, risk identification and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide performance reporting, trend analysis and Management Review inputs to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with project teams, EHS specialists and external service providers to ensure timely follow‑up and escalation of risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Project Quality or EHS coordination.
