Recruitment Specialist – Onsite in Santiago de los Caballeros

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Specialist to join our energetic onsite team in Santiago de los Caballeros. You will lead proactive sourcing initiatives, build strong talent pipelines, and engage candidates across multiple channels to match top talent with our opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through databases, professional networks, and digital channels to create robust pipelines.
• Conduct outbound phone calls and pre‑screenings in advanced English to assess fit.
• Manage multiple candidate interactions, keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in HR or recruiting.
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Current residence in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.
• Comfortable making high‑volume calls and using ATS platforms.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
• Digital sourcing tools and platforms.
• Telephone outreach and candidate screening.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of RD$44,000 per month.
