Regional Consulting Manager – Latin America

About the role

As the Regional Consulting Manager for Latin America, you will lead Dyno Consult’s consulting team across the region, ensuring technical excellence and delivering high‑value solutions to mining customers. You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, product management and global consulting teams to drive strategic projects and digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor the Dyno Consult Latam team of technical experts and customer solutions managers.
• Partner with commercial and operational units to identify and deliver technical solution opportunities.
• Manage customer projects from proposal through execution, tracking value capture and ensuring successful delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key mining customers and regional stakeholders.
• Define and implement regional technical standards, processes and best practices.
• Identify digital innovation opportunities and support development of new technical tools.
• Lead technical proposals, project execution and reporting activities.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer value.
• Manage project budgets, priorities and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Geological, Geotechnical, Civil Engineering or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive experience in mining, blasting, consulting or related technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of blasting science, mine‑to‑mill concepts and large‑scale surface mining operations.
• Proven experience managing teams, projects and international stakeholders.
