Regional Director - LATAM

About the role

The Regional Director – LATAM will lead the strategic development and execution of all subsidiaries across the region, aligning them with the Group’s vision and mission. Based in Santiago, Chile, this senior leader will drive growth, create shareholder value, and ensure operational excellence throughout the LATAM footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the region’s strategic objectives, translating the Group’s vision into actionable plans.
• Communicate business initiatives to stakeholders and ensure short‑, medium‑ and long‑term targets are met across all entities.
• Provide inspirational leadership, fostering a professional culture that reflects the Group’s values.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and enforce robust financial controls.
• Allocate fiscal, human and physical resources efficiently, establishing performance monitoring mechanisms.
• Lead evaluation of organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including partnerships, alliances and acquisitions.
• Analyse competitive landscape, market trends and industry developments to adapt regional strategy.
• Promote cross‑regional collaboration and a multicultural work environment.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a multi‑entity or multinational environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering growth and shareholder value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Ability to evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
• Experience navigating complex, multicultural markets in Latin America.
