Regional General Manager – Latin America

About the role

Intrepid is seeking a dynamic Regional General Manager to lead its Latin America region. Reporting to the Managing Director of Asia, Latin America and Global Operations, you will shape the strategic direction, drive growth, and inspire high‑performing teams across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term regional strategy to meet annual and multi‑year objectives.
• Partner with country General Managers to ensure delivery of sales, customer, employee engagement, and financial targets.
• Identify and implement new initiatives that strengthen the Intrepid brand and culture.
• Oversee risk and incident management across the region.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and travel market players.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level management experience, preferably with company‑wide responsibility.
• Tertiary management qualifications preferred.
• High financial literacy and proven commercial decision‑making ability.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of building strategic relationships.
• Deep knowledge of Latin American travel markets.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
